Police in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island have arrested four people with ties to organized crime for alleged drug trafficking offences. The arrests came after a three-month investigation, dubbed “Operation Highspeed”, which began in November 2022. Seized items include cocaine, MDMA, psilocybin capsules, paraphernalia and cash. The four arrested have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear in court at later dates. A fifth person is being sought in connection with the investigation.
