New Zealand captain Kane Williamson has a hamstring injury and is unlikely to play in the remaining T20 matches against Pakistan. Coach Gary Stead said that Williamson will probably sit out the final two games to focus on being fit for the upcoming test matches against South Africa. New Zealand is currently leading the five-match series 2-0, with Williamson contributing 26 off 15 before getting injured in the second match. Tim Seifert is expected to replace Williamson in the batting line, and Stead also indicated that Seifert will replace Devon Conway as wicketkeeper at some stage in the series.
