Rehmat Shah Afridi, a senior journalist and founder of The Frontier Post, passed away at the age of 74 after a long illness. He is survived by four sons. Rehmat Shah Afridi faced hardships, including arrest on charges of drug trafficking, but his passion for journalism persisted. He continued with his paper after his release. Many politicians and journalists have extended condolences and praised his contributions to journalism. The late Rehmat Shah Afridi was well-respected in the journalism and political communities, and his death has been mourned by many.
