Global consulting firm McKinsey & Co. has promoted two associate partners, Kim Gi-hong and Moon Ho-joon, as partners. Kim, who studied engineering at Seoul National University, joined McKinsey in 2016 and has worked in energy and infrastructure. He has led projects on strategic proposals for oil refinery, petrochemical, and construction businesses, as well as management reforms for companies. Moon, who has a bachelor’s degree from Korea University and an MBA from Chicago University, has worked in high-tech manufacturing, including chips, automobiles, and sustainability. He has led projects for global clients in governance transformation and carbon neutrality. McKinsey said Kim and Moon have been recognized for their capabilities and achievements and have assumed their roles as partners. The company also shared a photo of the two newly appointed partners.
