Pakistani entrepreneur Faraz Khan received the Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) award for promoting UK-Pakistani relations. He is the chief executive of SpectrEco, which focuses on sustainable impacts in hospitality, real estate, and infrastructure development. He was seen receiving the award from Prince William at Windsor Castle. The MBE is given for outstanding achievement or service to the community. Faraz has been advocating for poverty alleviation, diversity, and sustainable impact for over two decades. He is a visiting professor at St Mary’s University in the UK and serves on the advisory board of Lincoln Business School and ICCIA. The award recognizes his services in strengthening UK-Pakistan relationships in social impact, environmental, social governance, and climate advocacy. The MBE recipients are announced twice a year on New Year’s Day and the monarch’s official birthday.
