Brazil’s Ambassador to Korea, Marcia Donner Abreu, expressed her hopes for deeper cooperation and the establishment of a Brazil-Korea Strategic Partnership. She highlighted the establishment of Korean companies in Brazil and emphasized Brazil’s initiatives to combat deforestation, protect Indigenous communities, promote renewable energy, and adopt sustainable agricultural practices as potential areas for collaboration. Abreu also mentioned the importance of people-to-people exchanges between Brazil and South Korea and the growing interest among Brazilians in Korean culture, which has led to an increase in visitors from Brazil to South Korea.
