Seven suspects have been arrested by security forces in connection with the kidnapping of six football players in Balochistan. The players were abducted by armed men while on their way to participate in a football tournament. The players were traveling with other team members when they were intercepted and taken away at gunpoint. Out of the 24 players, 18 were later released while six were kept captive. The interim Interior Minister and the Home Minister of Balochistan have taken the matter seriously and ordered a search operation to rescue the abducted players. Security forces have cordoned off the area and detained seven suspects for questioning. The search operation is being conducted along the borders of Sindh and Punjab. The authorities have assured that all possible efforts are being made for the safe return of the players. The Interior Minister has stated that those responsible for the kidnapping will face the consequences of their actions.
