Pakistan captain Babar Azam believes his team has the advantage over India in their upcoming Asia Cup Super Four clash due to their strong bowling lineup. The match was originally scheduled earlier but was abandoned due to rain. Pakistan has won their opening match of the Super Four stage and another win will improve their chances of reaching the final. However, rain is expected to affect the match again, and a reserve day has been set aside. Azam mentioned that Pakistan has been playing cricket in Sri Lanka continuously for the past two and a half months, which gives them an edge. Pakistan’s pace trio of Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah, and Haris Rauf have been performing exceptionally well, collectively taking 23 wickets. Shaheen, in particular, was instrumental in their previous encounter against India, taking the key wickets of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Azam expressed confidence in their bowling lineup, stating that fast bowlers win titles and matches. He believes that their current group of bowlers, including Naseem and Faheem Ashraf, is the best they have had.
