A bomb exploded in the Hayatabad area of Peshawar, Pakistan, injuring eight people. The blast occurred near a security forces vehicle. The injured individuals have been taken to nearby hospitals for treatment, and the bomb site has been sealed off by security forces. Pakistan has witnessed a rise in attacks in recent months, with various incidents of terrorism being reported. In a recent attack, nine soldiers of the Pakistan Army were killed by militants in the Zhob garrison in northern Balochistan. Earlier, two security personnel lost their lives and one soldier was injured during a firefight with terrorists in the Balor area of Balochistan. In March, a suicide bomb blast in Peshawar’s Kocha Risaldar area resulted in the death of 56 people and injured 200 others, including children.
