“Unveiling the Devious Scheme: Ahsan Iqbal Accuses Imran of Using Violence and Chaos to Conceal His Dirty Dealings.”

The Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, Ahsan Iqbal, has accused the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) party, Imran Khan, of wanting to hide behind lawlessness and violence. Iqbal criticized Khan for not providing receipts relating to the Al-Qadir Trust case, and for his claim that the cabinet had given approval for certain transactions which was reportedly untrue. Iqbal also criticized Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial for his welcoming of Khan at court following his arrest, and accused him of failing to show equal treatment to other suspects. Last week, Khan was arrested on charges of corruption, but his subsequent release was ordered by the Supreme Court just minutes after his hearing. The country’s opposition parties are now preparing to hold a sit-in outside the Supreme Court in protest against the decision.
