Representatives from both sides of Sudan’s conflict will resume talks to work on delivering humanitarian aid and removing troops from civilian areas. The talks will take place in Jeddah, where the parties agreed on a plan to protect civilians on Thursday. The Saudi Arabian government is hosting the negotiations and has invited General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan to an upcoming Arab League summit.
