British Field Marshal Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington battle record is exemplary; he ultimately participated in some 60 battles during the course of his military career. His defeat of Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815 put him in the top rank of Britain's military heroes. In 2002, he was number 15 in the BBC's poll of the 100 Greatest Britons.

But Cotiote War is the only war in which famed General Arthur Wellesely, Duke of Wellington failed – Wellesely himself admitted that Cotiote War cannot be won as long as Pazhassi Raja was alive and his prediction came true. Cotiote War ended within months of death of Cotiote leader, Pazhassi Raja in a skirmish on November 30 of 1805. Following this war, kingdom of Cotiote was annexed into district of Malabar in Madras Presidency. English had 6,000 men in the beginning which was increased to 8,000 in 1800 and to 14,000 in 1804 due to the immense loss this Raja posed to British- Arthur Wellesley was in charge of operations between 1800 and 1804.

Below is the martial art Pazhassi Raja & his soldiers were masters. British had never seen such dare devil & courageous Guerrilla warfare ever before. The Raja was almost like invincible for the British, but was killed in treachery with some local traitors giving information of his hideout for money.

The fighters body is fit with exercise & massage. This type of massage orginated in Kerala & Ayurveda. These fighters were trained to have very high of stamina & energy. See below

Before British rule it's the Maratas who vandalized the Mughals. By the mid-18th century, the Marathas had routed Mughal armies, and won over several Mughal provinces from the Punjab to Bengal.

Check below the Marata Martial exposure

Followed by the great fearless Sardars, the fighting Khalsa army created actually to protect Hindus from the barbarian Invaders. The sardars need no introduction about their valour. Singh is King.

There are many more martial arts from different regions of India which are still not known

    Indians will like this post.

Most of the world don't disclose many facts about India due to fear of the culture sweeping away the world. This is why when people connect with India, in-spite of how media portrays population, pollution, problems, people's pessimism, poverty, perplexity, Presumptuous, it's when they bump into India's culture & real experience of the country which breaks all the myths about India.

People who have encountered many mysterious experiences of Hinduism & Buddhist practices, just sink into it & become more attracted to the culture than the Indians & believers themselves.

Indians need to wake up to our own culture & look deep into our practices. This is one reason China captured & occupied Tibet. They were scared of India's Buddhist & Hindu spiritual powers.

    Check below some examples

I have lot videos on this, but will post slowly.
