    Unhappy Shahid Afridi, youth inspiration?

Are we right to present Shahid afridi as youth Icon given the level of irresponsibility he has shown in World cup 2015? I wonder are we stirring our young cricketers to be like “boom boom” who will say good bye for sure at 25 maximum. This level of forgiveness has never been bestowed on any other player, have we?

How has he shown irresponsibility? By not performing?

By selecting the same stupid strokes at crucial state and introducing politics in the team.

Afridi only knows one way to play and thats an attacking sort of way. If the ball is their (or not) - he has made his mind up he will dispatch it out of the ground or get out. Management know what they get with Afridi. He has in the past won games. I think its time for him to retire and the new blood to move in.

You may right in your opinion, but Shahid Afridi is very aggressive player he just play big shots, not understand what the match situation is. Sometimes teams required to stay on wicket but afridi can't understand the situation.
