    Tuna Salad for Sandwich

This is a very healthy and easy recipe for lunch:

    We need:

1 small can of Tuna (oil base, 150-180 gr)
    1 red onion
    1/2 sour apple
    1 tablespoon mayonaise
    1 tablespoon heinz ketchup
    1 small gherkin (4-5 inches)
    1 red onion
    Black pepper and salt

Peel the apple and onion and cut it in very small pieces. You can put them together with the gherkin in a blender for just few seconds and chop them fine. Drain tuna from oil and mix it the rest of the ingredients. Add mayo or ketchup till you get the best taste to your liking. Add salt and pepper and some garnish, parsley or chives will do.

Me too. The best tuna sandwich I ever had was from Panera in America.

    My professional comments:
Add a bit of parsley, and drop the ketchup. Add a bit of Mustard sauce and a bit of ranch, as well
just remember that each tablespoon of mayo is close to 100 calories! So, don't be too generous in using mayo
