KOTLI: Indian spy planes allegedly violated Pakistani airspace in the Nakyal sector in Kotli, Azad Kashmir on Wednesday, Express News reported.

The Indian planes continued to fly inside Pakistani air space for several minutes until planes from Pakistan took to the air, leading to a retreat of the Indian planes.

The incident comes amidst a spate of recent cross-border skirmishes between the two nuclear-armed neighbours who have fought three wars since independence from the British rule in 1947, two over the Muslim-majority region of Kashmir.

Previously, two Indian fighter planes had entered Pakistan’s airspace near Head Sulemanki border on June 11.

The two sides agreed to a ceasefire along the LoC in November 2003, but skirmishes have flared across the heavily-militarised Line of Control (LoC), the de facto border in Kashmir, in recent weeks, with both sides blaming each other for having violated the agreement.

PAF gunship helicopter crashes in Gujranwala
By Web DeskPublished: October 28, 2013

A screengrab of the helicopter crash from Express News.

GUJRANWALA: The pilot and co-pilot of a Pakistan Air Force gunship helicopter were injured when it crashed in the Cantt area of Gujranwala on Monday, Express News reported.
SHO Cantt said that during the flight a sudden technical failure led to a fire in the helicopter, upon which the two occupants, identified as Major Furqan and Major Imran, attempted to land in an unpopulated area.

They jumped from the helicopter with parachutes before it crashed near a cotton factory, getting away with minor injuries.

The two injured men were taken to CMH Hospital for First Aid.

The Pakistan Army reached the scene of the crash and cordoned off the area.

The ISPR confirmed the gunship helicopter crash.

J-10s were regularly spotted flying from Sargodha airbase. originally they were confused with Mirages by some people with little knowledge but then some witnesses confirmed siting them earlier this year.

problem with this kind of speculative news and pictures is that I have seen them gone wrong/false in so many times.

from my POV what do I have ?
a single source news about j10 joining paf next year.
against that news - I know - there is no official confirmation about this news, there was no previous news regarding signing of agreements, negotiations etc etc,paf is out of cash, if I remember correctly then future procurements are on hold/frozen, so it's almost impossible for j10 to join paf next year, by simple logic they will(if paf has the money) come by the time when Rafale starts coming to India.
    2) regarding the picture -
I don't know for sure that the photo is actually is of a paf air base.
even if it's a paf base, that doesn't prove paf is purchasing j10 next year, it could be there for a joint exercise.
